This policy explains what personal information Al Inshirah Trading Co. LLC collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This website is operated by Al Inshirah Trading Co. LLC, part of the Al Ansari Group, 1401 Saheel-1, Al Qusais, PO Box 14740, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect personal information when you choose to contact us.

• Email and phone: if you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp name and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to its service.
• Server logs: like all websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.

• We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
• We do not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party websites.

• To follow up on projects you discuss with us.

We use your information on the basis that you asked us to contact you, and for our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our systems secure.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled by our team and, where needed to answer it, by colleagues within the Al Ansari Group. Our website hosting and email providers process the information on our behalf to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:
